ARTIST’S APPROACH
Her research focuses on the body in the political space. What are the roles and expectations of bodies? Where do we place the sensitive? Her work, first articulated around feminine and childish archetypes, reflects more globally on individuals and their behaviours in the public sphere. Through humour and derision, she questions the problems of global consumption and the impact it has on our lives.

Pardon (Forgiveness) is a piece written for a performer whose role is to intentionally shove each person he meets and to confuse himself in invective excuses. The role of the performer is to explode the spectator’s comfort zone by subjecting them to micro-aggressions through physical and visual contact. The performer immersed in a crowd will not (immediately or at all) be identified as such.
