ARTIST’S APPROACH
Her research focuses on the body in the political space. What are the roles and expectations of bodies? Where do we place the sensitive? Her work, first articulated around feminine and childish archetypes, reflects more globally on individuals and their behaviours in the public sphere. Through humour and derision, she questions the problems of global consumption and the impact it has on our lives.

Bonjour
Performance, 2019
An imposture composed of a group forming and occupying doorways, Bonjour (Hello) is a game played between a shy public and a group whose only function is to momentarily get in their way. Once all the performers are present, the group bursts apart, to go form again somewhere else. The group is plainly visible but difficult to identify as a performance, and speaks with humour about putting up with the space and not paying attention to the codes that govern us. It’s a case of duping by absurdity.
