Trop c’est comme pas assez (Play It Safe) is a project that addresses games, destruction, constraints, and food. More specifically, it is an attempt at reframing dichotomies such as leisure/work and freedom/restraint. It presents enjoyable activities not as isolated moments of carefree fun and distraction but instead as instances of focus and attention that are but a continuation of the strategies, compromises, and manipulations that already pervade many, if not all areas of our lives. Play It Safe also probes into social, psychological, and ethical aspects inherent to the making or the respecting of rules and boundaries as well as the choices that we make in their regard.
