Fany Rodrigue
Montreal, CanadaBiography
Fany Rodrigue lives and works in Montreal.
She completed a BFA in Visual Art at Concordia University in 2018 with great distinction. As a feminist and a multidisciplinary artist, she is particularly interested in the body envelope as the boundary between intimate and social representation. In 2018, she won two public art competitions, including Misty Valley, a permanent park that will take place in Griffintown (2021).
Rodrigue’s work revolves around installations, performances and sculptures. Body prints, clothing, domestic objects and interactivity are elements she uses to speak about social issues, such as feminism.
